Partners in Ministry:

These are ministries that EVM is somehow connected to, and whose generosity and commitment have touched our hearts. Our students get to visit several of these ministries every semester, enriching their lives as they see God at work through faitfhul children of His.

Initiatives International, Inc.
Initiatives International coordinates quality short-term experiences and long-term committments to ministries in Mexico and other countries.

Mexico Medical Missions
Dr. Mike Berkely and his staff reach the health needs of the Tarahumara Indians in a remote medical clinic.

New Tribes Mission
New Tribes missionaries work all throughout Mexico to help bring the good news to tribal people.

Climbing For Christ
A group of mountaineers, climbers, and hikers who contribute their resources in reaching people for Christ all across the world. EduVenture Mexico was the first international service trip for the organization as they kicked off their global outreach starting in 2005.

Calvary Commission
Mark and Roxanne Davis are great friends of the program, and an inspiration to our students every time we visit their ministry in the towns of Yeposo, Talayotes, and San Juanito, in the Sierra Madre Mountains of Chihuahua.

Juventud con una Mision (YWAM)
Henk Kaemingk has been working with the Tarahumara indians of this region for over ten years. He and his wife head this YWAM DTS school, and we are proud to partner with them every opportunity we get.

United Indian Mission - Aviation Services (UIM)
Tim Reid and David Wolf are just two of our dear contacts at UIM, a ministry that provides air support to ministries in areas of the world where the road is just not a good option.

Casa Nueva Esperanza
Our dear friend Sarah Anderson leads this Christian ministry in Chihuahua, Mexico, providing a safe environment for young girls emerging from orphanages, where they can learn to set and achieve goals, realize their potential, and experience Christ's love through positive relationships.

Bud and Marlys Larsen
Bud and Marlys are dear friends to everyone at EVM and the other two EV campuses. They have contributed so much to EduVenture through their testimony, their vibrant and examplary lives, and their teaching in Community Development and Missions. Check out what the Larsens do in their "free" time.

Other Links of Interest:

Huapoca Ranch is near the awesome Copper Canyon (Barranca del Cobre), which students get to visit most semesters - larger and deeper than the Grand Canyon. The tallest waterfalls of Basaseachi (1,494' and 812') and largest cliff face, El Gigante (2,290') are in the EduVenture neighborhood as well, between Copper Canyon and Huapoca Canyon.
