Tim (MS) is the Program Director and Adventure Leader, providing the overall vision (and the physical challenges and fun) for the Mexico program. Kathy (PhD) is our Academic Coordinator and Assistant Adventure Leader, as well as our Spiritual Formation Director. Caleb (8) and Joy (6) complete their family-in-ministry team.

Hec and Jen Hector and Jennie Martinez come to us from Chihuahua City, Mexico. Hec is Site Director and Male Mentor , setting up local homestays and helping students achieve their desired level of Spanish proficiency. He also helps as Assistant Adventure Leader. Jen is the Female Mentor and Language Informant as well. Both are graduates of John Brown University, and Hector holds a GMBA degree from Thunderbird Graduate School. Their team also includes their daughters Victoria (5), Lilian (3) and Sofia (2 wks).

Alan and Faith Alan and Faith Hayes left their life in Washington and moved to Mexico a few years ago, to work with orphanages and other ministries in Northern Mexico. So we them as a 'local' addition to our staff coming from Madera and Chihuahua. Alan is our Facility Manager and Horse Program Director, and Faith serves as Director of Food Services. Their family also includes Riley, Janelle and Natalie.

Gary and Donna Gary and Donna Trezise are volunteers joining us from the Northeast of the U.S.  Gary is our Spanish Instructor, and Donna is the Assistant Director of Food Services. Among the many things they bring to EVM, besides being the official grandparents on campus, is their love for the outdoors and fitness, and their cross-cultural experience from their time as missionaries in Colombia.
